Eligibility: This program is exclusively for residents in or near Columbia, Evans, and Burke Counties in Georgia.
Application Process: Submitting an application for spay/neuter assistance does NOT guarantee that Project Freedom Ride will fund the surgery. Each application will be reviewed, and assistance will be provided based on availability of funds and other criteria.
Surgery Location: All approved surgeries at this time will be performed at Burke County Animal Hospital located in Waynesboro, GA.
